From what I understand is that Perchlorate can cause cancer and all kinds of problems through the thyroid gland, if you are or have taken to much of it into your body. So I follow the last story up with this little writing and that is to not drink the Tap-Water, from Rialto until they can safely report that they have cleaned up the wells.
